We have begun our summer worship series: “Lord, Teach Us To Pray” as we focus on the most precious prayer we have: The Lord’s Prayer. It is a prayer we use during worship services, in hospital rooms, at grave sites, just before bedtime, and other important occasions. It is so familiar we can sometimes take it so much for granted that we pray it without even thinking about it.
But what is the Lord’s Prayer all about? Why did Jesus give it to his disciples as a model prayer? What is it that makes it so special?
Come and join us as we take these steps of prayer as we ask: “Lord, Teach Us to Pray!”
