Youth Ministries at Grace

 

It is our goal in Youth Ministries to create a safe and welcoming space in which Middle School and High School students can connect to a meaningful, God-centered community, grow deeper in their relationship with God, be equipped to move into adulthood, and have opportunities to serve the world.

 

Our ministry team exists to serve the needs of Middle School and High School students and equip families to become the center point for spiritual formation in the life of the student.

 

 

We believe that God is at work in the world, redeeming it and recreating it continually. God’s primary means to do this work is through the gathering of people called the church. When the church shares a commitment to God, to embracing the grace and teaching given to us through Jesus, to being filled by the Holy Spirit, and to being used by God to bring about hope and peace, we believe that we can make a difference in the world.

 

Middle and High School Students are the church. They are active participants now, and they are the leaders of the future. Without a vital ministry to students in the church, many students will drift away from God and grow stagnant and possibly become ineffective for the Kingdom of God in the world. Jesus called us to make disciples in the world, and that begins with our students.
