This Faith & Community Partnership is a collaborative effort within Anoka Hennepin School District to connect schools and faith communities. Our church is partnering with Sand Creek Elementary School in Coon Rapids to encourage children as we seek to share God’s grace by providing food, assistance, clothing and quilts. We also embrace the joy of supporting the staff and families at Sand Creek.
